In Which We Rest...Kinda

After traveling for about 18hours, we stopped in a Wal-Mart parking lot to take a cat nap. That only lasted a short while. I woke up around 5am to Sammy saying, "Sarah, we need to get out of here. There's a car getting towed over there." We probably would have been fine. The car in question was quite the beater and looked like it had been there for more than 3hours. Still, better safe than sorry.

This is me around 7am. 24 hours on the road is not kind to a person.

  

Since my toothbrush was buried beneath our other luggage, I bought some little on-the-go toothbrushes. They're cute. And they work about as well as you'd expect. Not nearly as satisfying as the real deal, but they did ok in a pinch. I have a thing about needing my teeth brushed. I don't quite feel like a real person until I do.
